When placing an order at Jan Machenhauer Store, you select the items you want to buy and add them in your bag. Until the time of order, you can edit the content of the bag and constantly check the contents and price of the item(s). When ready to order, click on checkout and choose your delivery and payment method. Any extra payments such as shipping or debit card charges will be indicated during the check-out process. By submitting an order, you accept to full responsibility for having checked that all the colors of the chosen item(s) and size is correct, as every submitted order shall be considered final.

Shortly after you have placed an order you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please note that this is only a confirmation that we have received an order, and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the item(s). It is not until you have received an invoice and shipping confirmation that we have dispatched your order. Thus, Jan Machenhauer Store has the right to cancel your order in the event of technical problems, delivery failure, or other similar situations. If Jan Machenhauer Store cancels an order, you will be informed hereof and any payment or reservation made using a payment method will be returned/cancelled.
