Right now, we don’t ship outside EU but please do not hesitate to contact us if you are a non-EU resident and have any requests at our Customer Care email: firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will help you with your order.
Shortly after you have placed an order you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please note that this is only a confirmation that we have received an order, and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the items(s). It is not until you have received a invoice and shipping confirmation that we have dispatched your order.
Your order will be dispatched within 2 days from the time it is placed. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail, that includes carrier and tracking info for your parcel.
We exercise the utmost diligence in accepting and processing your order and we endeavor to dispatch your order in the fastest possible time. Though we aim to deliver within the time frame, the delivery may take longer due to unforeseen events. In the unlikely event, the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.
We want to make sure you feel safe and that you have all the information you need to make sure you get the products you desire.

RETURNS & WARRENTY
During 14 days from the delivery of your package you may request to return your order, provided that all item(s) are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the item(s) should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the product) and that any labels, repair envelopes or tags should be intact. Furthermore, the return form that comes with the shipment needs to be completed and enclosed together with the returned item(s).
The refund will be transferred back to the credit card used for purchase. We expect you to return the items as soon as possible after you have given your withdrawal notice and no later than 14 days after you have changed your mind. We may withhold the repayment until we have received the item(s) or until you have submitted documentation that the item(s) have been returned. Once we have received and accepted the returned item(s), you will receive a refund within 10 working days.
If you exercise your Right of Withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including the delivery costs.
Please be aware of that shipping labels are not provided, any return costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you send returns with tracking as the responsibility of the package is yours until it has been safely delivered to Jan Machenhauer Store.

DEFECTS & WARRENTY
Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, which means, that you have a 24 month right to complaint. This means that you can either have a faulty item(s) repaired or replaced, receive a refund or reduction in the purchase price, depending on the specific situation. Your right to complain is applicable only to defects of the item(s) that were present at the time of delivery and not defects that have occurred as a result of faulty usage or damages made after you have received the item(s).
If you have a complaint regarding faults in your received item(s), including damage incurred in transit, please let us know within a reasonable period of time from the point where the defect was identified by e-mailing our Customer Care service at: email@example.com
If the claim is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs incurred when sending the product(s) back to us.
